Dr. (Amb.) Olusola Ilesanmi
Dr. (Amb.) Olusola Ilesanmi Owomoyela, the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Next Gear Group (https://nextgearng.com/), is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of expertise in law, real estate development, and humanitarian work. Born and raised in Nigeria, he has made significant contributions to various fields throughout his career.
Dr. (Amb.) Olusola Owomoyela completed his undergraduate studies at Obafemi Awolowo University in 2006, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Following his passion for law, he became a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in 2007, showcasing his commitment to the legal profession.
In 2008, Dr. (Amb.) Owomoyela commenced his legal career as an associate at Owolabi & Oyefeso Law Firm in Lagos, Nigeria. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and corporate law.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. (Amb.) Olusola Owomoyela ventured into the field of real estate development and established Next Gear Homes Limited in 2014, where he currently serves as the Group Managing Director (https://nextgearng.com/). Under his leadership, Next Gear Homes Limited has emerged as a prominent real estate company in Abuja, Nigeria, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Dr. Olusola Owomoyela became a member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in 2018, demonstrating his dedication to promoting professionalism and ethical practices in the real estate industry.
Dr. Olusola is a co-founder and currently serves as the President of Mercy Drops Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Abuja, Nigeria. Through Mercy Drops, he strives to provide humanitarian aid, healthcare services, and educational support to underprivileged individuals and communities.
He holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Entrepreneurship Management from Prowess University Delaware, USA, and is also a Fellow of the Ecolerite Institute for Peace Building.
Dr. Olusola is also the founder of Watch My Property Concept Limited (https://www.watchmyproperty.org), a company uniquely designed to meet the needs of Nigerians home, both in diaspora and for expatriates who are looking to invest in the real estate sector in Nigeria.

He’s a Composite Banker, Economist, Strategist, Former Head, Agency Banking In Africa’s Biggest Retail Bank and The World’s Most Respected African Bank – Access Bank Group. With twenty two years of banking history that covers Strategy and Business Planning, General Administration and Resources Management, Retail Channels Management, Marketing and Sales, Strategic and Reputational Risk Management, Team Building, Management, and Financial Risk. Michael Ogbaa is an astute banking and finance professional with a Executive Middle Management Training focused in Strategic Leadership from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School and an MBA from the prestigious University of Liverpool, U.K.
Ibijoke Oyewole
Ibijoke Oyewole is a Speaker, FinTech Expert, Agile Coach, Youth Development Advocate and Moderator with 14 years’ experience in the Fintech, Banking, Energy and Consulting space.
She is an avid learner, a people person and a creative thinker who loves to solve problems, develop innovative products, empower people, and establish optimal processes that helps businesses scale.
Over the course of her career, she has worked in diverse roles and industries, constantly stretching herself beyond known terrains.
- She launched the PMO office for a major bank with branches in 20+ countries.
- She worked with a startup firm to drive their products to market, setup the operations and grow the business from 0 revenue to Billions within 5 years.
- She championed the implementation of a cross border payment solution, payment gateway solution, and agency banking service for a B2B business that served local and international clients. She also contributed to the implementation and certification of ISO 27001, 20000, PCIDSS standards.
- Coached Product Managers and Scrum Masters on the adoption of Agile Principles and Practices for a Multinational firm.
- She published 2 life transforming books. One of the books selling over 1000 copies within the first month of print.
- She founded The Shift Up Africa. An impact initiative designed to equip young African graduates with the Mindset, Tools and Access required for success in life and career.
Ibijoke studied Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Manchester Business school and Economics at Covenant University.
She constantly seeks for opportunities to add value to others, build innovative products and explore new terrains.
She is an avid God lover. Ibijoke is married and inspired daily by her husband. In her free time, she likes to encourage, walk-through nature, write, read and enjoy quality time with friends and family.

As a dedicated Human Resource Manager at Campus Business School, Juliet Oluchukwu Madukwe brings a wealth of experience in managing people and aligning organizational strategies with impactful goals. A certified human resource professional and a pioneer staff member of Campus Business School, Juliet has been instrumental in shaping the enterprise’s vision and programs since its inception. With a passion for fostering innovation, Juliet plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives that nurture entrepreneurial spirit among the youth. Having worked extensively in operations and training roles, Juliet combines practical industry knowledge with strategic insight to develop programs that prepare the next generation of business leaders.
